By accessing and using EvoCraftNext's website and services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

EvoCraftNext provides 3D printing services including:

• Custom 3D printing and prototyping
• Design services and 3D modeling
• Material consultation and selection
• File preparation and optimization
• Shipping and delivery services

When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the security of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use
• Ensuring your account information remains current

• All orders are subject to acceptance and availability
• Prices are subject to change without notice
• Payment is required at the time of order placement
• We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as indicated
• Orders may be cancelled or modified within 24 hours of placement

You retain ownership of your designs and intellectual property. By using our services, you:

• Grant us a limited license to use your files for printing purposes
• Confirm you have the right to use and reproduce the designs
• Agree not to infringe on third-party intellectual property rights
• Understand we may use anonymized data for service improvement

You may not use our services to:

• Create illegal, harmful, or dangerous objects
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe on intellectual property rights
• Create counterfeit or fraudulent items
• Attempt to reverse engineer our processes
• Interfere with our systems or security measures

EvoCraftNext shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or use, incurred by you or any third party, whether in an action in contract or tort, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

We provide a 30-day warranty on all printed parts for manufacturing defects. Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for unused items in original condition. Custom designs and prototypes are non-refundable unless defective.

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to our services immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms of Service.

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of The Netherlands, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
